Prints: how a pattern is chosen and made
A print on a phone is seen at two very different distances: in the hand, where every line shows, and across a table, where only its overall colour and rhythm register. A good print has to work at both. These pieces are about how the patterns are drawn, how they are printed onto a curved shell, and how they hold up.
