Who the controller is
The selling entity has not been decided. Legal name, address, KVK number and VAT number are all unset in src/config/site.ts.
What this site stores in your browser
Your bag is stored in your own browser using localStorage, under the key wrapduo.bag.v1. It never leaves your device unless you check out. Clearing your site data empties it.
Nothing else is stored without consent. No analytics script loads until you accept one, and rejecting is one click with the same visual weight as accepting.
What we collect when you buy
When the shop opens: your name, delivery address, email address, and the order itself. That is what is needed to deliver a parcel and to invoice it, and it is kept for the period tax law requires and no longer.
Payment card details never reach our servers. They go to the payment provider directly.
Your rights
No privacy contact address exists yet.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to processing. We have one month to answer.
