The right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to tell us you are withdrawing from the contract. You do not have to give a reason, and we do not get to ask for one.

That period is counted from DELIVERY, not from the order date. A parcel that takes a week to arrive does not eat a week of your right to change your mind.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the case back.

How to start one

The returns flow is not built yet, and there is no returns address.

When the shop opens, a return is started from your account: pick the order, pick the lines, pick a reason, get a label. No email, no waiting for a reply.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, including the standard delivery charge you paid on the way out. If you chose a faster delivery than the standard one, the difference is not refunded — that is the rule and it is worth knowing before choosing express.
