How a folding case is built

About this print

The thing that makes gingham read as cloth is the third tone where the two stripes cross. Printed gingham usually skips it. This one keeps it, which is why it looks like fabric rather than like a grid drawn on plastic.

Drawn for the iPhone Duo and laid out per half, so the hinge is part of the composition rather than something the pattern has to survive.
