How a folding case is built

About this print

Cowhide is a large-scale print, and a large-scale print on a folding phone has to be positioned rather than tiled. This one is laid out per half: a patch edge meets the hinge at a right angle instead of dying in it.

Drawn for the iPhone Duo and laid out per half, so the hinge is part of the composition rather than something the pattern has to survive.
