How a folding case is built

About this print

Zebra stripes are not parallel. They widen at the shoulder and compress toward the rear, and copying that is what stops the print looking like a barcode. Ours compresses toward the hinge, which puts the busiest part where the fold is.

Drawn for the iPhone Duo and laid out per half, so the hinge is part of the composition rather than something the pattern has to survive.
