How a folding case is built

About this print

Painted from a Victorian palm house in February, when the glass is running with condensation and nothing outside is alive. The greens are deliberately unresolved. At arm’s length it is a jungle; at reading distance it is brushwork.

Drawn for the iPhone Duo and laid out per half, so the hinge is part of the composition rather than something the pattern has to survive.
