Shipping
What delivery costs, how long it takes, and when it is free.
Free delivery
Free delivery on orders over €75.00. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Carrier and delivery times
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and prices are calculated for your address and shown at checkout. They also appear in your order confirmation.
Pre-orders
The range is currently available to pre-order. We’ll email you a confirmed shipping date as soon as it’s set, and again if it changes.
Payment is taken when you place your order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it’s delivered, and the 14-day right of withdrawal applies once it arrives.
