Prices
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment you confirm the order.
Your right to withdraw
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. This is a legal right and nothing on this site shortens it.
To withdraw, start a return from your account or tell us at support@nivk.com. A clear statement is enough; no form is required.
Delivery
Delivery times and the carrier are shown at checkout, before you confirm the order, and on the confirmation that follows it.
Payment
The price you pay is the price shown when you confirm the order. Payment is taken at that moment, and the methods accepted are the ones shown at checkout.
Governing law
German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
