The right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your order. You don’t need to give a reason.
The 14-day period starts when your order is delivered, not when it is placed.
After you let us know, you have another 14 days to send the case back.

Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method, including the standard delivery charge you paid on the way out. If you chose a faster delivery than the standard one, the difference is not refunded — that is the rule and it is worth knowing before choosing express.
